Casino Dorado
Originally a sprawling mansion of a long dead princeling, Casino Dorado has been converted for the use of wealthy clientele. Primarily the building is an opulent casino where the great and the good of Vila Real society mix. Wealthy Sky Captains likes Juan Fernandez O’Malley gamble with Belgian plantation owners and petty Martian nobles. Above the Casino rooms are available for those with deep pockets for the standard of service is very high. For the most exclusive though there is the Sala de Placer where the ladies of the the late Prince’s harem have been relocated.
Hotel Amarillo
The Hotel is a brightly painted well-kept hotel that is run by the stern Doña Fernández- Pérez, a woman of high moral character who has no time or tolerance for improper behaviour. Married couples are very welcome and children adored while single men are tolerated on their own floor. A place of neither low nor high social status, the hotel still has its standards for decent people.
Parador de Ares
Parador de Ares is a sprawling tumble of individual and suites of rooms that can each be hired for short or longer terms. They are cheap and of passable quality but also offer a high degree of privacy as no one either asks or cares. The poorer working classEuropeans live here but there are no Martians resident. The Parador is run by the young Enriqueta Martí and her elderly husband.
