The SS Volendam departed the London Prince Albert Aether Docks on January 4th, 1889 expecting to take an estimated 75 days to reach Mars.
There are 10 first class passenger cabins on the vessel which are occupied by the characters and NPCs.
Up to 20 passengers can be carried in the steerage section.
